Synopsis
When Saturn Queen encounters a team of Legionnaires working to minimize the damage of the debris of Titan, she takes control of Ultra Boy and uses him to neutralize his teammates, then sends him to Earth, where another Legion team is dealing with a crowd protesting the resettlement of Titanians on Earth. Meanwhile, Earth-Man learns more about his Green Lantern ring.
