Synopsis:
The Origins of Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow conclude as we learn how Snake-Eyes' face was disfigured and why he is mute. Storm Shadow tracks down Snake-Eyes and the two battle, as he tells his sword brother that someone from Cobra killed his uncle (Hard Master), and he was framed because they used one of his arrows to commit the murder. Meanwhile, the Joes continues their fight in the Everglades vs. Cobra as Zartan decides to involve the Dreadnoks.

More details behind Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow's pasts, and how they tie into each other would later be revealed more and more throughout the series, as well as in the G.I. Joe: Snake-Eyes: Declassified (Devil's Due Publishing, 2005 series) miniseries #'s 1-6. In the story, a kid on the street mistakes Storm Shadow for Moon Knight.
