- Synopsis
- Rip-Cord and Blowtorch take Spirit to the mall where they run across Fred II (Spirit believing he is Fred I) having an outing with his new family. Destro shows the Baroness his true face, and stops the plot to have Billy kill Cobra Commander by revealing that Billy is the Commander's son. Eight of the original Joes (except Snake-Eyes) are promoted to administration and Duke becomes full field commander, as Hawk is promoted to Full Commander and the Pit's commanding officer.

For some reason, the following Joes were promoted: Hawk, Scarlett, Rock N Roll, Grunt, Flash, Stalker, Short-Fuze, Zap, and Breaker, but Grand Slam was somehow not promoted, even though he was also an original Joe alongside Clutch, also not promoted (writer error?, or just forgotten?).
