Synopsis:
Dr. Mindbender uses the genetic material of the greatest warriors who ever lived (plus Storm Shadow) to create the ultimate Cobra leader, Serpentor. Ripcord (as Zartan) gives the Joes the location of Cobra headquarters located under Springfield, but is discovered and captured before he can escape. General Hawk calls all Joes in for an assault on Springfield, which he leads. To be continued...
