Synopsis:
While on vacation in Grenada with Flint and Lady Jaye, Snake-Eyes and Scarlett step on a mine alongside the Blind Master (in disguise) and disappear in the blast. Flint relays this informaion to Hawk at the Presidio in San Francisco with Billy, Jinx, and Storm Shadow present, to which Storm Shadow replies a ninja can't be blown up by a mine that easily. Meanwhile, the Joes are under surveillance by Cobra in Utah and San Francisco, and suspect a new base in both locations as the Joes come up from underneath in Utah and play some football above ground. Stalker and the other captured Joes spend time in the gulag as they figure out a plan to escape, while Fred VII heads to Cobra Island with the Pogo vehicle.
