Synopsis:
The Joes leave Cobra Island after a brief fight between Lady Jaye and Zarana. Hawk, General Hollingsworth and Roadblock meet the Jugglers, and the Jugglers (with Gen. Malthus as their voice) place the three under arrest for the Cobra Island debacle, making them the scapegoats to seem as if the Joes went in with no authorization at all, but Roadblock escapes and asks Dr. Burkhart for her help in revealing the truth. Meanwhile, Minh gets a used Cobra hydrofoil from Fred as payment for the earlier loss of his boat, and to keep silent about his true identity. Destro and the freed Baroness enjoy some time together and she reveals Fred to Destro, while Fred and Mindbender discuss Cobra's future together, provided they can keep Zartan in check. To be concluded...
