Synopsis
Ace and Dogfight return to the Flagg from a recon mission over Benzheen, their plane shot up. When Hawk believes Cobra is up to something, he sends out Capt. Jeffries and Slipstream to do an aerial recon using the stealth X-19 fighter and found out what's going on. When they return, they bring back photographic proof to Hawk that Cobra's new agreement with the Emir called for establishing Terror Dromes on site, which Hawk uses to his advantage later on (off-panel) vs. Cobra.

Indexer Notes

Captain Jeffries is named as such throughout the entire series, because since his code name (Ghost Rider) belongs to a Marvel Comics character, to avoid any possible copyright infringement between Marvel and Hasbro's naming of the character as such (even on his filecard), it was decided that all Joes would forget his code name as an inside joke between Marvel and Hasbro. story also shortened to 20 pages due to inclusion of dossier.
