Synopsis:
The evil commissioner in French North Africa has passed away, but his body, taken to the Valley of the Moon, has somehow returned to life in a waxen state. He returns home where his niece and nephew are residing. In his garden, he tends to the mysterious moonlight plants -- plants from which he breathes vapors, which turn him into a zombie-like creature.
