MacFadden and his gang kidnap Hip and take him to the villain's rocket plane, ties him up inside, then directs the plane to crash dive into the ocean. But the villain applies too much power to the ship and it soars over South America, when Hip hypnotizes some condors to go beneath the ship and slow its fall to earth. There he encounters a tribe of savages, who are hypnotized to escort Hip to the nearest outpost. From there, Hip returns to New York and confronts MacFadden and brings him into hypnotic submission.
