Synopsis:
Altar Boy continues his training, as the public becomes increasingly anxious about the Shadow Hill murders. The mayor of Astro City brings in monster-killer Mordecai Chalk and makes plans to register the superhumans. But Confessor concentrates on bringing in Gunslinger, as Altar Boy begins to suspect Confessor's true nature.
