Synopsis
Rika tells Storm Shadow that Snake Eyes has betrayed them, but he doesn't believe her. He welcomes him back. She sends a letter to her son.

In the past, the Hard Master continues to train Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. Snake Eyes is sent to train with the Soft Master.

Zartan plans his revenge against the Commander as his plane blows up. He survives. He is found by a group of motorcyclists.

Cobra Commander takes credit for his "death," and reaches out to Storm Shadow. Storm Shadow visits him, and tries to kill him. He is attacked.
