Rosnock is probably a trading name for Ayers & James Pty. Ltd. Ayers & James ceased publishing comics directly around 1953 but appears to have continued its output under a parent company Magazine Management Co. Pty. Ltd. (according to Australian comics historian John Ryan). Rosnock continues a title started by The Red Circle Press, a known imprint/successor of Ayers & James. Rosnock also uses a style for its covers and contents similar to other companies associated with Magazine Management. It shared the same address as Magazine Management (149 Castlereagh Street, Sydney) for many years. Rosnock operated from the early 1950s to the mid 1970s, but seems to have been largely dormant during the 1960s. (Note Magazine Management is not the Marvel company of the same name.)
