Cover title: The American Soft Drink Industry Presents DC Comics' The New Teen Titans.

Second of three giveaway comics produced in cooperation with The President's Drug Awareness Campaign, this one sponsored by The American Soft Drink Industry. This version produced for free distribution through schools. A slightly different version of the comic was sold through comic shops, see The New Teen Titans [DC Comics] (DC, 1983 series). Starfire wears a slightly modified costume.

Though the 1984 Library of Congress copyright records (cocatalog.loc.gov) give a publication date for this of 1983-03-29, this was not distributed until the fall of 1983.
