Synopsis

The Joker has a mind control device and Donavin Conrad has the activation code to use it. Can these two criminal masterminds (HA!) keep from killing each other long enough put the gizmo to good (and profitable) use? Or will Batman, Catwoman, Danger Girl and Batman (?!?) be able to stop the dastardly fiends before their sinister plot can come to fruition?
