Synopsis
Spider-Man watches as the authorities pull Hobgoblin's wrecked battle van from the Hudson River. When the van is stolen in broad daylight, Spidey tracks it down and finds it has been taken by Jack O' Lantern. Synopsis
The Black Fox is on his final burglary, the one that will allow him to retire, but unfortunately, he has chosen the residence of the Red Ghost and his Super Apes. The Red Ghost compels the Fox to work with his Apes in carrying out the robbery of a jewelry store to fund his latest invention, the Cosmicizer. Spidey intervenes, follows the Apes home and blows up the Ghost's pet project. All but forgotten, the Black Fox merrily makes off with the jewels.

Synopsis
Spidey takes down another one of the Rose's operations and the mob boss calls in wealthy businessman and super powered assassin Thomas Fireheart a.k.a. The Puma to kill the web slinger. Exhausted, Peter crawls into bed for a good night's sleep but his alien costume seems to have other ideas. Robbie commends Peter on his nice photos (they were taken by the Black Cat) but Pete is so tired that he barely notices. Spidey is ambushed by the Puma and pulls his left arm out of its socket. With Spider-Man down and writing in pain, the Puma prepares to pounce.

Synopsis

The Kingpin discovers that the Rose has put out an unauthorized contract on Spidey's life. Fireheart returns home. Hobgoblin contacts Rose. Peter finds MJ still at his apartment where she tells him that she already knows he is Spider-Man.

Synopsis
Peter is floored by MJ's revelation that she knows he is Spider-Man. The Black Cat shows up at his pad and MJ takes off. His new costume takes him for a spin around the city in his sleep. Peter has a nightmare about his black costume. He decides to have Mr. Fantastic check it out. Reed Richards discovers that Spider-Man's black costume is an alien that is trying to bond with him symbiotically. He uses a sonic blaster to separate Spidey from his costume. Spidey swings home in an old FF uniform with a paper bag for a mask. MJ drops by to talk. Hobgoblin has a little proposition for the Rose.

Synopsis
As Peter struggles with the fact that MJ knows he is Spider-Man, she opens up for the first time and tells him her family's history full of heartbreak, abuse and abandonment. Hobgoblin demands a cut of crime operations all over the city to sweeten his new business deal with the Rose. He then sets his sights on Harry Osborn. Learning that the Hobgoblin is still alive, Peter dons his classic red and blue costume as Spidey prepares to face his old foe.
