Indexed from images posted in eBay auction in November 2008 and scanned copy of Avon issue. No obvious differences in cover between US and Canadian editions.

Canadian edition does not include "The" in the indicia title, but does include an issue number and a month of publication. Publisher given in indicia as Avon Periodicals Inc with a New York address, but indicia (and ads) are different from US edition. Publisher presumed to be Superior from presence of ads from Herald Publications and the Dominion Mail Order Company, with the same address as Superior.
