Synopsis
Rio is offered a chance for a pardon if he can keep railroad passengers from shooting buffalo from the trains, which is causing problems with the Indians. The railroad owner refuses and sets up an ambush for Rio in Endsville, at the end of the track. Rio escapes the ambush, but is framed for another murder and must track down the real killer.

Synopsis
Tracking Grady Parrish south, Rio gets captured by a band of Apaches. He is rescued by a Cavalry troop led by a half-mad colonel who worships Napoleon. The troop makes it to an abandoned stage relay station where they are put under siege by the Apaches.

Synopsis
Rio tracks Grady Parrish to Vieja Tristeza, just on the other side of the Mexican border. Parrish and a couple of dozen gunmen have taken control of the town. Rio allows himself to be captured, betting his life on being able to delay Parrish until a platoon of Mexican Army troops arrive.
