This reprint version has been significantly reduced in length from the original. This has mostly been achieved by reducing and trimming panels to rearrange them into new pages. For example, the first 3 3/4 pages of the original have been converted to 2 pages in this version. Generally, pages with three tiers have been squeezed into pages with four tiers of panels. Some panels with minor sub-plots have been deleted completely.
