- Synopsis
- When people in Metropolis start acting like monkeys, Superman tracks the source of the problem to a ray coming from Pluto. Attempting to go to Pluto, Superman ends up in a dimension populated by talking animals where he meets Rodney Rabbit. Rodney tells Superman that on his world citizens are oddly acting like animals too. Charged by mysteriously glowing carrots and wearing a Halloween costume, Rodney joins Superman's investigation as Captain Carrot.

- After the Zoo Crew and the JLA arrive on Earth C-Minus they again break up into smaller groups to handle emergencies caused by the villains, reuniting in the end to confront and defeat the masterminds Feline Faust and Dr. Hoot.
