After experiencing a traumatizing incident in his youth, Turner deals with his rage by going to the Far East and becoming a martial arts master. He becomes Bronze Tiger and has an off-and-on relationship with the Suicide Squad, among other organizations.
Notes:

Created by Dennis O'Neil, Jim Berry, and Leopoldo Duranona. First appearance in Richard Dragon, Kung Fu Fighter (DC, 1975 series) #1 (May 1975). His appearance both pre-crisis (Earth-One) and post-crisis (New Earth) apparently has had negligible effect on his continuity so he is combined in both here.
