Notes:

Van-Zee first appeared in Superman's Girl Friend, Lois Lane (DC, 1958 series) #15 (February 1960). He temporarily wore Superman's Nightwing costume in Superman (DC, 1939 series) #158 (January 1963). He took over the role of Nightwing beginning in The Superman Family (DC, 1974 series) #183 (May-June 1977).
