Malice

Disambiguation: Alice MacAllister

First published in: 1986

Description:
Malice is the secret identity of British mutant, Alice MacAllister, whose powers manifested at age 16 during an argument with her mother. She wished she was dead, and as her mortal body died, she disincorporated. As a psionic entity, she left her childhood home in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom forever. Later, she was recruited into Mr. Sinister's Marauders under the alias, Malice. Through membership with this team, Malice had the opportunity to possess a number of high profile X-Men members, though Storm proved too strong for her, and the Goddess was able to eject Malice from her mind. During the Mutant Massacre, Malice possessed the mutant, Polaris and the two became permanently linked. Mr. Sinister had been aware of the likelihood of this occurrence, but did not warn Malice of it since he wanted to use the Malice/Polaris combination entity to attack the X-Men; particularly Polaris's lover, Havok. Malice was eventually expelled from Polaris's body and she moved on to possess Havok.
Notes:

First appearance of Malice is in Uncanny X-Men (Marvel, 1981 series) #210. Malice was created by Chris Claremont and John Romita, Jr.
