Notes:

Sylvester Pemberton first appeared as The Star-Spangled Kid (also known as just Star-Spangled Kid) in a 3 page preview in Action Comics (DC, 1938 series) #40 (September 1941). His first full appearance was published in Star Spangled Comics (DC, 1941 series) #1 (October 1941). The Star-Spangled Kid was lost in time in 1948 and finally rescued by the Justice League and Justice Society and brought to the present day in Justice League of America (DC, 1960 series) #102 (October 1972). Sylvester changed his name to Skyman in Infinity, Inc. (DC, 1984 series) #31 (October 1986). He died in Infinity, Inc. (DC, 1984 series) #51 (June 1988).
