Partner of the Star-Spangled Kid (Sylvester Pemberton). Stripesy was lost in time in 1948, along with the rest of the Seven Soldiers of Victory, and finally rescued by the Justice League and Justice Society and brought to the present day.
Notes:

Pat Dugan first appeared as Stripesy in a 3 page preview in Action Comics (DC, 1938 series) #40 (September 1941). His first full appearance was published in Star Spangled Comics (DC, 1941 series) #1 (October 1941). Stripesy was lost in time in 1948 and finally rescued by the Justice League and Justice Society and brought to the present day in Justice League of America (DC, 1960 series) #101 (September 1972). Pat Dugan first appeared as S.T.R.I.P.E. in a profile page in DCU Heroes Secret Files (DC, 1999 series) #1 (February 1999). His first full appearance in a story as S.T.R.I.P.E. was in Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. (DC, 1999 series) #0 (July 1999). The origin story of how he built a robotic suit of armor and became S.T.R.I.P.E. was published in Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. (DC, 1999 series) #1 (August 1999).
