Notes:

Andre was the French member of the Blackhawk Squadron. He first appeared in Military Comics (Quality Comics, 1941 Series) #2 (September 1941). Andre may also have been one of the unidentified members of the Blackhawks that appeared in issue #1.

Andre apparently died in Military Comics (Quality Comics, 1941 Series) #3 (October 1941), but was revealed to be alive in issue #9 (April 1942).

Andre's South American cousin, Cisco, was introduced in Blackhawk (DC, 1957 series) #219 (April 1966).
