She first appeared in a comic book in TV Girls and Gags (Pocket Magazines, 1954 series) #v1#5 (March 1955) ?

When Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff introduced the villain Poison Ivy in Batman (DC, 1940 series) #181 (June 1966), they modeled her after Bettie Page, giving her the same haircut and look.

A character based on Bettie, named Betty Paige, was first published in the Rocketeer back-up feature in Starslayer (Pacific Comics, 1982 series) #3 (June 1982), written and drawn by Dave Stevens.

The character Holly, in Mickey Spillane's Mike Danger (Big Entertainment, 1995 series), was also drawn like Bettie.
