Description:
In the 30th century, teen-aged Andrew Nolan of the planet Earth became the hero named Ferro Lad. Andrew died shortly after joining the Legion of Super-Heroes, sacrificing his life to destroy the Sun-Eater. Years later, his adult twin brother Douglas was convinced by the Legion of Super-Villains to get revenge for his brother's death. After receiving psychiatric treatment, Douglas assumed the name Ferro Man and joined the adult Legion of Super-Heroes in the "Adult Legion" timeline.
