Biography: Edward Anthony (1895 – 1971) was an American journalist and writer, known for co-writing Frank Buck's first two books, and for "Merry-go-roundelays" (1921).
In 1922 he wrote ”The pussycat princess; a fairy tale for boys, girls, parents and other children".
In 1935 he began writing the Pussycat Princess comic strip.
