Notes:: A spinoff of Little Lulu starring Tubby Tompkins, the main supporting character from Lulu's own strip. Tubby was created by Lulu's creator, Marjorie Henderson Buell, as a foil in the original panel gag strip. Originally named "Joe", John Stanley renamed him Tubby when he was developing the expanded cast for the comic book series. Stanley developed the Tubby feature in the Little Lulu books, and the strip was successful enough to headline several issues of Dell's Four Color on his own, and then his own series.
