The story title matches the storyline starting in #242. Possibly the new writer realized he had to first wrap up the loose end of the missing Odin.

- Synopsis
- Returning to Asgard, Thor discovers his people suffering an odd lethargy, which leaves the Realm Eternal open to attack. Thor rouses his friends from their torpor and the Vizier summons Mimir, guardian of the Well of Wisdom, to learn Odin's whereabouts. Mimir relates a tale of the Egyptian Gods, imprisoned by Seth, God of Death, until the time Atum-Re, father of the Gods, returns to Earth. Learning of a giant pyramid in San Diego, Thor travels there and battles Horus until the fight is ended by the dramatic appearance of Odin, who however has been enchanted into believing that he is Atum-Re.
