Issue Notes

Per information from the NY Superior Court hearing December 1941, Ace art director, Fred Gardener, stated that Pat Lamar's studio provided all of the artwork for this issue, as well as lettering. They did not provide scripts or coloring. Lamar's bill was dated 6 June 1940. Lamar admitted that the only art he did was corrections.
Updated and corrected sequence information from Gary Watson (2006-10-1). Artist credits added by Craig Delich 2009-3-21.

The on-sale date is from the publication date recorded in the Catalog of Copyright Entries, Part 2, Periodicals, 1940, New Series, Vol. 35, No. 3.
