Synopsis
The Vigilante and Stuff save an old acquaintance from outlaws, and find they have ridden into the nearby town's fun fest. The Vigilante sets about enforcing defunct, yet still on the statute books, laws, such as a mail delivery man carrying a gun on his rounds and another for whistling on the street after sundown, and so on. Stuff learns that he has had these men locked up for their own protection, as each had previously assisted him in capturing a notorious outlaw who has recently escaped from jail and is seeking revenge.
