Synopsis
Mike Donati, unhappy that young Joey will not join his East Side gang, frames the boy for a robbery, and it's up to the Chameleon to get to the truth and apprehend the culprits.
This story is signed "Paul Quinn and Bill Everett." The art looks very much like Everett pencils, inks, and letters. The "Douglas Allan" credit is from the original GCD entry, pre-2002.
