Synopsis
The city government of Cosmos decides to sponsor a week-long "Boys' Week," during which time students will be shown how a big city is run by actually allowing them the chance to do so. But to the criminal element in the city, they believe that the boys will not be able to handle concentrated mobster activity, which seeks to rob people and institutions by using a new sleep gas.
