Synopsis
Batman and Robin encounter Fred Venable, an impersonator who takes the place of people who have been targeted for death by criminals in order to earn enough money for his daughter's operation. However, soon he comes to the attention of a mobster who forces Venable to take his place to face syndicate hit-men.
