Synopsis
Rodent, a man mutated into vermin-like form by an enhanced pesticide, seeks revenge on New York for killing rats. Ordering his Super-Rats to capture children, Rodent imprisons them in the sewers so that, if the humans try to use pesticides again, the children will die. Nightmare plots to use Cloak to kill Dr. Strange. Cloak and Dagger defeat the Rodent.

Synopsis
