Synopsis
The Joes fight back as a group led by Duke infiltrates the Silent Castle. At the same time, Hawk attempts to get into the Pentagon and is pursued by several U.S. security troops to a secret room when his false i.d. fails him at the security checkpoint forcing him to rush inside the Pentagon. As they break into the room and attempt to arrest him, he stops them in their tracks as he reveals he just sent a message to someone higher up to rescind the Joes' status as renegades.

Synopsis
The Joes have downloaded information from the Silent Castle's computers that reveal the Commander's plans to take over the U.S. to the Pentagon. As they're escaping, Snake-Eyes is captured by Billy and later placed under Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner as Storm Shadow aids Scarlett in her escape. Meanwhile, at the Pentagon, Hawk awaits the ok from the President before Cobra troopers are disarmed and placed into custody by the U.S. military.

Synopsis
The Joes continue their escape with Wild Bill's help as now Storm Shadow is in tow as their prisoner. Snake-Eyes has been placed under Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner by Cobra Commander, and as Dr. Mindbender runs the program to turn Snake-Eyes, the late Dr. Venom's image appears on the scanner again. Storm Shadow vows to return to free his sword brother from Cobra, but there will be serious problems if he isn't aided, as Snake-Eyes is now a brainwashed Cobra agent. Meanwhile, Hawk begins to seek out the hidden Cobra sleeper agents inside the U.S. Government and elsewhere.
