Indexer Notes

Not written by Paul Newman according to Comicbook Marketplace (January 1997) [according to http://www.solarguard.com/tccomic.htm], only other writer listed in Jerry Bails' Who's Who is Joe Greene.

Original index had Paul Norris for artwork, but artwork doesn't resemble issues 5 and 6. http://www.solarguard.com/tccomic.htm says artwork is by John Lehti.

In Jerry Bails' Who's Who, Frank Thorne is credited to Tom Corbett in 1954, and he signed # 11 as "FT" in first panel, and that issue is used to compare with the other three not by Lehti. Paul Norris never made any stories. Al McWilliams had the first three in Four Color 1952, Lehti had five 1953,and Frank Thorne three 1954. See Error Report #5661. Art ID by Steinar Ådland January 2011.
Frank Thorne draws some of the main characters' heads from the TC syndicated strip drawn by Ray Bailey, imitating his style, Alberto Becattini (January 2011).
