Synopsis
The junior members of X-Factor prepare to head off to school. The Alliance protests the Mutant Registration Act by wanton destruction and runs up against X-Factor. Beast returns to his blue and furry form and regains the use of his mind. Freedom Force takes the Alliance into custody and makes X-Factor sign the Registration Act. Rusty agrees to turn himself in.
