- Synopsis
- After volunteering to become divers to remove explosives underwater at great depths, the Dynamic Duo are unable to properly rise to the surface slowly enough to prevent the bends. So they turn an ordinary submarine into a Bat-Marine and fight the criminal element under Slant Stacy successfully until the master criminal finds a way to get Batman out of the water, hoping he will die from the bends.

- The Dynamic Duo come upon a duo dressing very much the same as the famed Batman and Robin, these being an Indian version. They are asked by the wounded "Man-of-the-Bats" to substitute for he and his fighting aide in battling against Black Elk, who has been terrorizing the countryside, and who suspects Man-of-the-Bats and Great Eagle to be the same man.
