The cover painting is signed underneath the "mpr" in "Empress".
This is probably the first printing of this painting on a comic. It was first used on the second printing of Lin Carter's The Quest of Kadji (Belmont, 1971) and later on Quinn Reade's Quest of the Dark Lady (Belmont Tower, 1976)
