Synopsis
Sixteen years ago, "Don Felipe el Fantastico" escaped a mob by sneaking aboard a private flight carrying Tony Cardwell, his wife Ramona, and infant daughter Rachel. The pilots abandoned the airplane in mid-air, leaving it to crash, but Don Felipe and Rachel escaped with a parachute. Today, Sheena met the grandfather she never knew she had, Harrison Cardwell.

Indexer Notes

According to issues 1 and 2, Tony took Ramona and their daughter Rachel on their fateful airplane ride 19 years ago. Also, Laura made her phone call to General Henriquez 19 years ago.
My interpretation is General Henriquez seized power 19 years ago, and Tony, Ramona, and Rachel didn't take flight until 3 years later. (That would mean issues 1 and 2 are incorrect.)
