Synopsis
Walter Raleigh wheels and deals his way into an audience with Queen Elizabeth I in order to ask for ships to sail to the New World, but gets entangled in palace intrigue.

Story continues on inside back cover in black and white and concludes on back cover in color. The last panel is Dell's "A Pledge to Parents." Based on the 1955 Twentieth Century-Fox movie "The Virgin Queen." Same artist as FC #505 and FC #540 (credit from original unknown indexer). Pencils and inks credits for this sequence from Alberto Becattini (May 14, 2007).
