Synopsis
When Scribbly's mother forces him to wear knickers, he tricks her into buying him the smock that he wanted.

Indexer Notes

Scribbly's kid brother is unnamed throughout the entire Dell Comics run, acquiring the name "Dinky" only after moving to DC Comics. However, readers did suggest the nickname "Dinky" for him in The Funnies (1936 series) #15 and #16.
This story states that Scribbly is still in grade school.
