Possible Jenney, but not clearly so. Ferstadt was at Iger in 1941, so he's a more likely candidate.
Actually, this is the first recorded publication in popular media of radar and its capabilities to detect aircraft at night. More like a "guess what" story than a "what if?"

No such novel exists and no record has been found of an author named or using the name Derek West.
Nordling is drawing "after" George Tuska, so this appears superficially to be by Tuska.
