Synopsis
The Joes dispatch a team in reaction to a hijacked ship aboard which Dr. Burkhart is one of the hostages. However, the hijacking pirates are supported by the Red Shadows and they deploy the massively powerful cyborg against the boarding party and one of their advanced crafts against the Joes' W.H.A.L.E.
