Indexer Notes

The Hand had the power to appear and disappear at will, had superhuman strength, could shrink at will, fill a room with red mist, leave a red brand on the forehead of criminals, and was bulletproof. It could also travel through space at unheard of speeds, and often did sky writing to leave ominous messages as its way of communicating.

Script and pencil credits courtesy of the Who's Who.

The Who's Who only credits O'Connor as a scripter on all features that he did with Flinton. While Flinton is credited only with pencils on this feature by the Who's Who, these inks do not appear to be those of Flinton as we see in the next issue (the Hand's last story).

The only other inker the team used was Leonard Sansone (on the Atom), but these inks do not match his over Flinton as seen on the Atom strip at DC. The Who's Who further indicates that Sansone did not work at Harvey Comics.
