Synopsis
Byrna Brilyant's father dies shortly after developing a special type precipitation called "blue snow" that instantly freezes what it snows upon. Byrna decides to use this invention to hold crops and such for hostage, and she disguises her gender in the identity of the Blue Snow Man. Patsy notifies Etta that a weird Blue Snow is threatening her town of Fair Weather Valley, so Steve and Diana fly down that way, only to be forced down by the weird snow.
