But after a strange meteor hit, the dead man was alive again and killed the first man. Then another meteor struck and both men were alive again. This time they killed each other. Digging where the woman had told him, the professor finds the skeletal remains of two men.

When the husband dies of a fast-acting poison after drinking water from the same pitcher he has been using for hours, the inspector suspects his old friend immediately but must figure out how he did it.
