The Burger Meister fires Cobra Commander from COBRA. He decides to join G.I. Joe. He convinces them to attack COBRA first. He tells them to build a giant robot, but that fails. He starts a Joe rock band, but that fails. He creates a new leader from history's greatest leaders, but he is killed in a nonviolent protest. Duke finally sends him undercover with the Decepticons.
